Produced with Malvasia grapes, vinified close to the vines where it grows, it has an alcohol content of 5/6 °. Amber ruby colour, characteristic spicy scent, it has a sweet and balanced taste with a dry finish.
It goes well with desserts, fruit tarts and fruit salads but also as a base for cocktails for aperitifs.
