Since 1951

In 1951, a few kilometres from Asti, Giuseppe “Pinot” Goggiano created this typical winery which over the years has always been run as a family business.

Most of the wines produced find a place on Italian tables but in recent decades also wine lovers from different European countries have turned to the Goggiano winery.

The company delivers directly to its customers’ locations and is open for tastings and guided tours.

The winery has grown through the work of Michelangelo, Pinot’s son, and of his son-in-law Renzo Scassa who have constantly improved the quality of their wines with commitment and passion. At the beginning of the 2000s, the management passed into the hands of oenologist Stefano Scassa.

Together with his brother Andrea, Stefano renovated the cellar, equipping it with the most up-to-date equipment for the complete production cycle: from vinification to aging in small and large barrels through to bottling.

Starting from carefully selected grapes, focusing above all on quality rather than quantity, the Goggiano winery produces the characteristic wines of the Monferrato region, unparalleled for the excellent quality-price ratio red, white, dessert and sparkling wines feature among them.
