Nebbiolo owes its name to the late harvesting period, when the hills are often enveloped in the first autumn fog (the Italian for fog being nebbia). This wine has a ruby red colour with orange hues and a velvety flavour with a full, rich and pervasive perfume. Exceptional with pasta, risotto and soup, game, red meat and cheese. Best served in balloon glasses at a temperature of 18/20°C.
