Made from Chardonnay grapes. The vinification process involves the gentle separation of the must from skins. After inoculation with selected types of yeast, alcoholic fermentation takes place in small oak barrels at a temperature of 18°C. Thanks to this technique, it is possible to obtain a pale straw yellow coloured wine with a characteristic and elegant bouquet and a smooth, well-balanced flavour. Unlike other white wines, it ages fairly well in the medium-term. The ideal companion for hors d'oeuvres, fish and white meat, it is best served in goblets at a temperature of approximately 12/14°C.
